Amazing job, unlike some people i think you did a fine job, and i can easily say this excels past the original in some parts. However, the drums kind of let the mood go for me a little, but im sure thats just my taste and others have other feelings towards it.

Other than that, superb job and keep it up, this song def. does climb itself up to the top of some of the best songs ever. Kudos.

Althought i may be mistaken, it didn't feel so western to me but more so as a Megaman theme or something you'd hear in metal slug on a boss.
